Our menu focuses on combining bold flavours with underutilised fresh produce from the Eyre Peninsula delivered in a trendy vibe of leather banquette seating, portholes in the walls and a vibrant colour scheme, along with an alfresco area ideal for soaking up rays on balmy days. Pair a Pandan Colada – with starters like seared tuna belly with “Pinakurat”- a Filipino-style spiced vinegar, or charred kingfish wings with a kaffir and tamarind glaze on a bed of taro leaves and spiced coconut milk. For the main affair, think of choices like miso grilled tuna collar, Singaporean chilli crabs or a whole rack of sweet, sticky and spicy Korean pork ribs with Black Truffle Nasi Goreng and XO green beans. All of which is perfectly matched by our exclusively South Australian wine list.
